Chinna is a management consultant and CEO and founder of India Offset Navigators Inc (ION) focusing on offset business strategies and to facilitate implementation of India’s offset policy for Aerospace and Defense industries. Prior to that he is a founder and executive vice president of a performance training company worked closely with Cisco and Northrop Grumman and US Joint force Command in building unique technologies and solutions including offset opportunities.
Chinna’s interests are to provide lasting corporate structures and strategic business development for entrepreneurial successes involving cross border initiatives involving India and US.
Prior to ION Chinna is a president of LCLC group, a management consulting company, focusing on turn-around strategies and corporate development to lead ground-breaking growth for numerous start-ups and developing high-tech and service industry companies.
In 1990 acquired a major shoe manufacturing company in US and by working with international suppliers and state governments to obtain export financing which was a first at that time.
Chinna’s first entrepreneurial foray was to start a financial securities brokerage company and subsequently a money management company both of which were first ones started by an Indian. Appointed as one of the select group of non-attorney arbitrators by National association of Securities Dealers.
Chinna Boddipalli is a graduate of Indian institute of Technology (IIT), Kharagpur, India in Aeronautical Engineering. Also received his MBA degree from University of Minnesota in both Finance and Marketing.
