Harsh Koppula is a Partner of CGN & Associates, Inc. a global business performance management firm. Harsh has over 25 years experience launching and managing global businesses. He has lived and worked around the world. He has managed business in the US, Europe, Mexico, China, and Japan. He has been an entrepreneur, an “intrapreneur” and a business leader who has developed fast growth businesses and built teams that delivered results.
Harsh’s industry experience includes electronics, light and heavy equipment, food and cosmetics. He has worked at General Instruments, Sumida, Avon, General Mills and Schlumberger. He has also been President of C3Research, a Marketing Consulting firm. He now leads the Global Manufacturing & Supply Chain practice of CGN.
Harsh is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. This was followed by a Masters degree in Industrial Engineering at the University of Cincinnati. He also earned a MBA in Operations Management.
Harsh has been a long standing member of the Board of Trustees of the Avery Coonley School for gifted children in Downers Grove, IL. Harsh is part of the Leadership team in Chicago for the University of Cincinnati Alumni Organization as well as a member of the Executive Committee of the IIT Midwest. He was also one of the key organizers of the original Mood Indigo cultural festivals at IIT Bombay. He is also the co-founder of the India Development Institute, a Think Tank focusing on issues of development for India. Harsh loves traveling, reading, movies and golf.
