This panel will introduce aspiring entrepreneurs to the various aspects of Entrepreneurship. The panel will discuss opportunities in various sectors including the Cleantech/Energy, Healthcare and Technology sectors. The panelists will also discuss the role of the government, role of emerging markets, key trends, opportunities and challenges in each of these sectors. Ample time will be devoted for Q&A to enable the audience to get their individual queries clarified.

Social Entrepreneurship & Rural Integrated Transformation (INE3)

These efforts from different corners of the world have transformed the regions they work towards a path of irreversible progress. Financing the New Venture (INE4)

This panel will introduce the various sources of financing (both traditional and non-traditional) available to any aspiring entrepreneur in the current environment. The panelists will discuss the fallout of the financial crisis and its impact on the financing industry. Merits and issues of the traditional VC model will be debated and latest trends in the VC-Entrepreneur relationship will be discussed.

Business Plan Competition (INE5)

This is the final round of the 1^st ever Business Plan competition conducted by PanIIT in the US. The 4 regional finalists from Chicago, Dallas, Boston and the Bay Area will present to a panel of judges who are industry leaders amongst Entrepreneurs, VC’s and Academia. There will be time allocated for Q&A with the judges and feedback from the audience will be solicited as well. The winner of this competition will be considered by the IIT Venture Fund for investment.

Scaling NGOs to Reach Millions (INE6)
