Your satisfaction with this conference is the ultimate gratification for us and the reward towards which we have worked. The dedication and hard work of the volunteers is represented in the quality of the program presented.
The members of the organizing team have gained a tremendous amount from the alumni and others around the world not the least of which is an appreciation for the closeness of our global community. The challenges we faced in a soft economic climate made us strive to work harder at producing a better conference with fewer resources than we would have liked to have had.
