The PanIIT 2009 Global Conference is right around the corner and we are looking for at least 25-30 volunteers to help make this a special event. As a volunteer, you will have the opportunity to attend some of the events and speeches, subject to your duties which always come first, and this can be a great opportunity to meet, connect and network with attendees and speakers.

The typical roles and areas where we will need help are as follows, though we request that volunteers be flexible about stepping into any role that is assigned to them:

• Chaperones / Guides / Greeters / Escorts
• Registration Area
• Conference Material Preparation
• Information/ Help Desk
• Assisting Panel Discussion Producers
• Coordinating with media persons

• Technology/ AV / Internet
• Exhibition / Booth Management Assistance
• Other on-site assistance
