PanIIT 2009 can provide a letter of invitation to facilitate visa applications. Attendees who need such a letter should write to info@paniit2009.org with their name and address details. Since visa requirements can and do change over time, PanIIT 2009 can only provide a letter on a best-efforts basis, and note that attendees have to make their own arrangements to pay for travel and registration costs. Bringing child/childrenIt is not advisable for attendees to bring children under the age of 12 to the conference site as there will be no babysitting facilities or children's programs available. It is recommended that attendees make alternative arrangements for childcare during sessions that they wish to attend. Children over the age of 12 can register for student rates.
